We offer convenient, 24/7 online account payment services for member-owners having Internet access, an email account and credit or debit card. Your account is credited immediately.
We gladly accept most major credit and debit cards.
There is no fee for this service.

Never worry about being late with a payment! With AutoPay, we will automatically draft your payment from your bank account, credit card or debit card. Drive-up windows are open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. at both locations. For after-hours convenience, make a payment using our night deposit box. Payments deposited after 7 a.m. will post the following business day.
Make cash payments toward your Pioneer Electric account at participating retailers. Simply show the cashier the unique bar code printed on your bill and specify the amount you'd like to pay. The payment is immediately applied to your account.
There is a $5 minimum payment and $1.50 convenience fee (paid at the retailer) for each transaction.
To make paying your electric bill even more convenient, we have authorized First Citizens Bank in Hayneville, AL to accept payments. Please be aware that we may not receive your payment for three or more days, which could result in a late fee. This is the only location authorized to accept Pioneer Electric Cooperative payments.
