• The Retirement Security Plan, a defined benefit plan, designed to provide you with a guaranteed benefit that will replace a portion of your income once you retire.   The amount of your benefit will depend on several factors, including your years and months of benefit service, your final average salary and a benefit level determined by Pioneer Electric Cooperative, Inc.  This benefit does not require a contribution from you.


• The 401(k) Plan, a define contribution plan. Provides a valuable tool to get you closer to your retirement goals through your contribution and a matching contribution by Pioneer Electric Cooperative, Inc.
