Pioneer Electric Districts DISTRICT ONE. That part of Butler County north of a line beginning where Alabama Highway 10 enters the West Boundary of Butler County, follow Highway 10 East to the intersection with Butler County Highway 22, go South on Highway 22 to the intersection of Alabama Highway 185, follow Highway 185 South to the intersection of U. S. Highway 31, follow Highway 31 North to the Lowndes County Line, and including Thompson Trailer Park and the Butler Estates Subdivision (both of which are located in Section 8, Township10 North, Range 15 East) on the East side of Highway 31. DISTRICT TWO. That part of Butler County lying South and West of a line beginning where Alabama Highway 10 enters the West Boundary of Butler County. Follow Highway 10 East to the intersection with Butler County Highway 22, follow Highway 22 South to the intersection with Alabama Highway 185, follow Highway 185 South to the intersection of U. S. Highway 31, follow Highway 31 to the Southern Butler County Boundary; Also, all that part of Conecuh County West of U. S. Highway 31. All of Monroe County. DISTRICT THREE. That portion of Butler County lying East of U. S. Highway 31, and South and West of a line beginning at the intersection of U. S. Highway 31 and Butler County Highway 59, follow Highway 59 South to the intersection with Alabama Highway 106, follow Highway 106 East to the Butler County Boundary; Also, all of Crenshaw County lying South of Alabama Highway 106; All of Covington County; All of Conecuh County lying East of Alabama Highway 31. DISTRICT FOUR. All that part of Butler County lying East of U. S. Highway 31 except Thompson Trailer Park and the Butler Estates Subdivision (both of which are located in Section 8, Township10 North, Range 15 East), and lying North and East of a line beginning at the inter-section of U. S. Highway 31 and Butler County Highway 59, continuing Southeast to the intersection of Highway 59 and Alabama Highway 106, continuing East along Highway 106 to the Butler County Line. Also, all that part of Crenshaw County lying North of Alabama Highway 106. DISTRICT FIVE. All that part of Lowndes County which lies North of an imaginary line running East and West which passes through the intersection of Lowndes County Highways 17 and 13. DISTRICT SIX. All that part of Dallas County lying East of the Alabama River and North of Mush Creek flowing from the Dallas/Lowndes County Line to Cedar Creek, then along Cedar Creek to the Alabama River. DISTRICT SEVEN All of Wilcox County lying east of the Alabama River. All that part of Dallas County lying East of the Alabama River and South of a line beginning at the Dallas/Lowndes County Line, at the intersection with Mush Creek, follow the flow of Mush Creek to Cedar Creek, follow the flow of Cedar Creek to the Alabama River. DISTRICT EIGHT. All that part of Dallas and Wilcox Counties lying west of the Alabama River. DISTRICT NINE. All that part of Lowndes County which lies South of an imaginary line running East and West which passes through the intersection of Lowndes County Highways 17 and 13. |
