Pioneer Employees Make Donations

Greenville, AL, January 16, 2012--- Pioneer Electric employees donated nearly $1000 to the Dallas County and Butler County Department of Human Resources. The donations will help the department’s Adult Protective Services Program in Dallas County and in Butler County the money will help the general fund for the county’s foster children.

The money was raised through the co-op’s Casual Day Fund. PEC employees started a “Casual Day Fund” where on Fridays in exchange for two dollars, they are permitted to shed their business clothes and dress casually to raise money for various charities and organizations.
