The bylaws were revised April 3, 2004 and amended by member vote at the annual meetings on October 28, 2006 and October 13, 2007. Annual ReportThe Annual Report is an annual financial review of the cooperative and it's financial practices. The audit is performed by an independant accounting firm. This review is read at the annual meeting.
Conflict of Interest PolicyI. OBJECTIVES: To eliminate possible areas of conflict regarding the affairs and operation of the Cooperative. II. POLICY: A. While in the employment of the Cooperative, no employee shall own, operate, or participate in the operation of a profit making business or organization that would, in any way, restrict or influence the conducting of their duties as a cooperative employee, or would create a conflict relating to their actions or decisions concerning the Cooperative. B. No employee shall utilize the Cooperative equipment and material for his personal profit, although Cooperative equipment and material may be utilized, as provided elsewhere, and with permission, for personal or charitable uses. C. The employees of the Cooperative shall not be directed to perform services other than those normally performed in the conducting of Cooperative business, except as indicated by Board direction. D. While serving as a Trustee, a Board Member shall not be engaged in a profit-making business or organization that would tend to restrict or unduly influence his decision on any matter, as more specifically delineated in the Cooperative’s Bylaws.
