Participation Agreement

By signing this agreement, I agree to the following terms:

I/we understand that I am participating in the Time-of-Use Residential Rate program. The energy rate is as follows:

May 1 through October 31 (Summer)
9 cents per kilowatt-hour outside of off-peak period
42 cents per kilowatt-hour during peak period (5 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.)

November 1 through April 30 (Winter)
9 cents per kilowatt-hour outside of peak period
42 cents per kilowatt-hour during peak period (6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.)

Applicable taxes and ancillary charges will be added as necessary. Rates are subject to change.

I/we agree to participate in the Time-of-Use Residential Rate program for a minimum of six months.

I/we understand that I can request a review of my account at the end of the six-month trial period. If the total of six months' bills on TOU aren't lower than what I would have paid on the Regular Residential Rate, Pioneer Electric will credit me the difference and switch me back to the Regular Residential rate.

I/we understand that I am eligible for a $50 bill credit rebate for installing a programmable thermostat or water heater timer. I will receive the rebate once a Pioneer Electric employee inspects and confirms the installation.
